TITAN Formwork Systems, LLC is a shoring rental and sales company featuring the TITAN HV Shoring System.  TITAN services clients and projects coast to coast by providing engineered layout drawings, equipment management services, on-site training and on-time delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• File and reconcile sales tax on a monthly basis through a sales tax spreadsheet for both AR outstanding and in-house accounting program for A/P aging tax accounts 2710 & 2711.
• Assist on a monthly basis with creating, scanning/emailing, and filing customer invoices for A/R.
• Prepare monthly inter-company journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain monthly freight analysis spreadsheet.
• Maintain monthly scrap analysis spreadsheet, including scrap pricing, and prepare monthly journal entry adjustment.
• Assist with preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Write, receive approval and post month end journal entries assigned by Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Deposit payments to bank and apply to customer accounts.
• Update FX Exchange rate on weekly/monthly basis.
• Manage AR Aging/ATB notes and balances.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus one year of experience performing similar key position responsibilities at meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
• Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts.
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Proficient of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with filing sales tax returns a plus.
