Job Description

Here's a preview of what you'll be working on as a Cargo Net Production Associate:

The Cargo Net Production Associate, will multi-task in all areas of the Net Department. This person will be crossed trained in Quality, Layout Production, and Sew Machine Operation. This position does not require much experience, this is an entry level position with room for you to learn and grow!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Nets for quality imperfections. 
  • Will assemble webbing and hardware according to instructions and diagrams provided on blueprint. 
  • Use an industrial sewing machine, needle and thread sew an automatically programmed sewing pattern to attach buckles and hooks to webbing.

  • Must be able to communicate accurately and work in a fast paced, teamwork environment. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing conditions.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements:

  • Must be functionally literate in the English language.
  • Must have good attention to detail in order to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
  • Perform basic math skills.
  • Above all, you've got to be reliable. If you're ready to go at the start of each shift, you're A-OK in our book!

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
