This position will directly support daily plan productivity and operations. Will perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs on CNC Machinery, Tooling, Heat Treat Systems and Brazing Equipment while keeping the overall facility in operating condition. Working in conjunction with other departments and department employees. Will schedule the flow of work in order to maximize production deadlines.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC Machinery, Tooling, Heat Treat Systems and Brazing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues of all shop equipment.
• Uses technical manuals to research proper machine operations and to acquire replacement parts.
• Perform safety checks and maintenance logs as needed.
• Completes Planned Maintenance tasks for assigned equipment.
• Contact, schedule, and work with subcontractors as needed for machine repair or facility maintenance.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) with 5-8 years of Maintenance experience required.
• Highly experienced individual with hands on knowledge of CNC Machines, Plating lines, Heat treat equipment and facility operations.
• Demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication.
