Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of a culture to support achieving world class operational performance through the focus of improving processes, eliminating wastes, and optimizing flows in all manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Work with the Leadership Team to develop Lean Manufacturing and Quality Systems strategy for the organization.
• Implement and execute the Lean Manufacturing and Quality Systems strategy across the organization.
• Provide leadership and coaching to all levels of the organization for all Continuous Improvement activities.
• Conduct process audits and training as necessary to meet overall company objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of the organization’s progress and performance on overall continuous improvement goals and objectives.
• Mentor all levels of the organization to develop common understanding of relevant concepts and available tools. Drive consistency across the organization.
• Act as a Change Agent and Champion for new process developments.
• Work and support the integration of CI and Six Sigma to include engineering, new product development, supply chain, inventory management and production control.
• Other duties as assigned.
