The Construction Solutions Group headquarters is located in Kansas City, Missouri.

Construction Solutions Group (CSG) is offering an administrative support position in our Contract Administration Department.  The ideal candidate has experience handling internal and external customers and using their excellent people and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.  This position performs valuable compliance and administration support for all levels of the contract cycle. 

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the proactive maintenance and reporting for approximately 550 contracts per year including their associated forms, files, and historical information.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere through the execution of clerical and customer service tasks including daily office upkeep, phone management and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage the company’s shipping and mail distribution needs.
  • Assist in executing the logistics of a variety of regular and impromptu meetings.
  • Act as liaison between locations to facilitate and implement contractual requirements.
  • Complete ad hoc special projects as assigned and other requested tasks within and outside of the department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three years of work experience supporting similar key responsibilities 
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational and problem solving skills
  • The ability to multitask in an environment with quickly changing priorities
  • Experience and command using the entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to formulate practical and operational friendly solutions to a myriad of business challenges
  • Prior experience in the construction or insurance industry is helpful
  • CRIS Certification or ability to obtain the CRIS Certification is preferred
