  • Communicating with customers through phone calls, e-mail and faxes in a friendly and professional manner
  • Keeping customers informed of current company promotions
  • Customer quotations and follow up
  • Sales order entry
  • Customer expedites
  • Maintain customer profiles
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborating with other people and departments within the company

Employment Requirements

  • Professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent typing/data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Good math skills
  • Previous customer service or inside sales experience for a distribution or manufacturing company preferred

Work Environment:

  • Office environment. Although each customer service rep is assigned specific accounts to work with,  everyone works together as a team to provide our customers with the high level of service  they have come to expect from us.
