Industrial Technology Group (ITG) is an operating platform of The Heico Companies, LLC, overseeing 11 independent manufacturing companies which produce a wide array of equipment and products serving multiple industries and end users. ITG’s independent business model fosters entrepreneurship and growth and allows professional development at all levels.
Located in Warrenville, IL, the D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Functional Analyst is a key asset in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the D365 system across the ITG platform, with a particular focus on CE module.

  • Member of platform implementation team as CRM/CE functional lead; participate throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and support, working with the implementation consultants.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements in detail, lead workshops and prepare any custom specifications.
  • To understand business requirements for the companies within ITG and to propose solutions to meet business needs. 
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the CE common design across the ITG companies.
  • Assist with data migrations, functional design decisions and documentation.
  • Assist the operating companies with testing and training as part of the D365 implementations.
  • Assist with ongoing regression testing as companies implement D365 CE.
  • Review and approve change requests related to enhancements and configuration updates for the CE module.
  • Work with the D365 F&O team and outside consultants to ensure proper configuration and operation of Dual-Write.
  • Lead regression testing and RSAT activities related to CE module and activities.
  • Be a part of the internal support team working with outsourced support consultants to support companies live on D365.
  • Identify continuous improvement areas for Sales/Marketing functions and identifying ways to standardize and implement best practices. 
  • Ability to integrate relevant independent software vendors (ISV) with D365 CE as applicable.  Knowledge of Click Dimensions (CD) preferred.
  • Gatekeeper to design and configuration changes, particularly regarding the CE module.
  • Troubleshoot complex configuration issues.
  • Partner with other functional and technical analysts to extract information from D365 into usable data for reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure integration and proper data flow into CE with operating companies website eCommerce platforms (Big Commerce and Kibo a plus).


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in computing, finance, business management or other relevant field of study.
  • Must have 5+ years’ experience with full life-cycle implementation of MS Dynamics D365 CE module
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE processes
  • Ability to configure and test MS Dynamics CE D365 solutions
  • Knowledge about the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Prior experience implementing CE module with MS Dynamics AX/D365
  • Experience in sales and marketing is considered an asset
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
  • Ability to travel to US locations 25% - 30%
  • Advanced experience with ERP financial system.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Stack offering.
  • MS Dynamics CRM customization.
