Job Description

Job Description includes the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Maintain all Quality Management System (QMS) documents in accordance with the internal procedures
  • Assist with the First Article package per AS9102 specification
  • Prepare certification package per customer flow down request
  • Perform following administration task under supervision
    • Scan and file Work Order packages
    • Scan and file Purchase Order packages
  • Assist the Quality Department with Internal Audits, Customer Audits and or Regulatory Audits
  • Assist with generating Quality Alerts
  • Assist with the documentation of RCCA

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree in business administration or engineering preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Background working with Quality and or engineering is a plus
  • Must have expertise in creating presentations
  • Motivated, self-starter, proactive, analytical/problem solving with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under time constraints, excellent follow-through, persistent, highly collaborative, and organized.
  • Must possess a solid work track record of being detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task

ADMINISTRATIVE JOB DUTIES:

  • Answer general inquiries
  • Provide general admin and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Prepare and modify documents including reports, memos, and emails.
  • Assist other company departments; Engineering, Operations, and Shipping when needed
