We are currently in need of an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at our facility in Stoughton, Wisconsin capable of supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is a Non-Union and salaried open position with periodic overtime. Primary Responsibilities

• Leadership and Program Management: Foster and champion a safety-first culture by actively engaging and involving employees at all organizational levels in proactive safety initiatives and decision-making processes. Leading health, safety, and environmental programs to reduce incidents and injuries. Developing safety policies in collaboration with management and implementing procedures.
• Compliance and Training: Ensuring compliance with safety laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels. Providing comprehensive employee training on safety standards and protocols.
• Performance Monitoring and Recordkeeping: Monitoring safety performance and analyzing compliance systems to identify risks. Overseeing incident prevention, recordkeeping, and reporting, including investigations.
• Protocol Development and Maintenance: Assessing potential safety risks and developing safety protocols and reaction procedures. Updating Safety Manual and conducting safety audits as needed.
• Incident Management and Training Programs: Incident investigations, including documentation and corrective actions. Includes leading communications with healthcare services and transportation to healthcare facilities as required. Facilitating various training programs on safety topics such as STOP, CPR, and OSHA requirements.


Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or five years of equivalent work experience.  
• OSHA 30-hour accreditation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience in managing safety programs, personnel development, and activities to maximize facility and employee safety, and efficiency. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
