This role is responsible for managing and advising on HR processes across the CSG platform. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a consultant for the organization on employment and people issues. The HRBP will be a proactive communicator and change agent that can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives, to create integrated solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships across the platform to provide broad support in areas of employee relations, talent management, training and development, interpreting policies and practices, advising on staffing and recruiting, benefits, and compensation.
- Strategically advise and support managers and supervisors on employment policies, referencing the company best practices.
- Create innovative HR strategies that identify emerging business, organization, or people trends and implement effective solutions.
- Partner with leaders regarding employee relations in compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct investigations, and review employee coaching documents and performance action plans.
- Support the organization to ensure proper workforce planning and alignment of roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor compensation throughout the employment life cycle to ensure uniformity of compensation protocols in selection, promotion, and transfer.
- Serve as a partner both to employees and leadership regarding all employee benefits initiatives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the business both strategically and operationally to provide HR consulting to the leadership team.
- May supervise team members as structure dictates.
- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Qualifications and Competencies
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or has equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of five years progressive HR work experience in a similar role, performing similar responsibilities.

- High-level business acumen to identify solutions for business problems.
- Excellent action and customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in HRIS systems and in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations and reports.
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP professional designations, preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
