INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECH - MACHINE REPAIR

National Standard, a leading wire manufacturer located in Niles, has an opening for an experienced, safety-oriented Industrial Maintenance Tech who is experienced in machine repair.

This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading and fabricating machinery and equipment. Hours are 7pm – 7am with a 36/48 hour per week schedule.

Requirements Qualified candidates will have experience in: •Dismantle, repair and assemble machinery and components •Gearbox repair •Welding (mig/tig/stick) •Rigging •Pneumatics •Piping for steam, compressed air, acids and caustics •Pump troubleshooting and repair •Boiler operation and maintenance •Familiarity with industrial electrical systems (relays, motors, switches)
