Construction Solutions Group (CSG) is offering a challenging opportunity for an experiencedManager of Financial Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) to join our Corporate Office team in Kansas City. This position will perform in a lead role in analyzing financial data and leveraging delivery platforms for Business Intelligence visualizations for CSG users. The successful candidate will work directly with the Group Controller, CFO and CEO to enhance our ability to put actionable information into the hands of decision makers. The position reports to the CSG Controller.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive the FP&A function for the CSG Construction Platform
  • Assume the lead role in transitioning the methods of consumption of financial and operational reports from static PDF documents and Excel files to Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Determine data sources to obtain meaningful data.
  • Develop and assist in the development of BI visualizations in MS Power BI
  • Assist in training and deployment of visualizations via SharePoint for multiple user levels/groups.
  • Coordinate preparation of periodic executive presentations.
  • Coordinate preparation of annual corporate budget packages.
  • Coordinate monthly updates to 12-month rolling forecasted financial statements.
  • Completing ad hoc special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of database structures, frequent user and subject matter expert of a variety of BI tools including MS Power BI, Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated understanding of reconciliation methods used to confirm data integrity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience with demonstrated ability in similar position responsibilities.

  • Advanced experience and command using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
