Key Performance Areas

  • Design and executes marketing campaigns (i.e., utilizing press releases, advertisements, flyers, marketing materials) through email, websites, advertising, social media etc.
  • Accountable for tradeshow strategy, exhibit messaging, and overall execution for North America and global events.
  • Develop and manage promotional activity as required to introduce new products, incent dealers with special discounts or terms.
  • Support dealer and customer engagement (i.e., dealer communication, customized events, training).
  • Maintain competitive data (i.e., pricing) through market research activities.
  • Responsible for selecting and managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment of contest rewards.
  • Supports and coordinates marketing activities with third party marketing agencies and company vendors.
  • Assists Product Manager with effectively managing the assigned marketing expense budget-including tracking all expenses and invoices.

Job Requirements

Experience and Education:

  • Experience: Prefer 1-3+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator for a manufacturer, or marketing agency.
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. required.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Technology:  Strong working knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, planning, and project management skills.

Supervisory Responsibility - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 


Travel – Some travel is expected for this position.

Work Environment - The position operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, iPads, phones, copiers and filing cabinets. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts.


Physical Requirements - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
