The Position

Reporting to the Director of National Sales, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing programs in specific channels, supporting business objectives, leading acquisition of new customers, fostering customer retention, providing sales support, and advance brand building.

Job Description           

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan and recommend marketing tactics.
  • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Partner and work with creative teams, other internal departments, external agencies and vendors.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns overseeing content and budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
  • Manage Distribution Cooperative marketing plans and oversee budget.
  • Oversee Social Media channels- scheduling, content development, etc.
  • Provide sales support through product trainings, quarterly distribution reviews, etc.
  • Attend industry events and trainings, keeping up with marketing trends and strategies. 


Job Requirements 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 6+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills

  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
