Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated project engineer to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

To be a successful project engineer, you should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients/vendors to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
• Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.
• Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
• Document and report project progress. Close cooperation with customers/vendors’ operation and quality managers to improve the quality and performance of our products and services.
