  • Actively manage health and safety for all areas of responsibility and with guidance from the Environment, Health and Safety Advisor where necessary, to ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to for activities both in the US and Overseas.
  • Plan, organize and direct project management operations in a manner which ensures the most effective utilization of resources and optimum return on assets employed.
  • Attend Authority to Bid (ATB) and Authority to Commit (ATC) Meetings and provide assistance to the Sales Team in scoping and estimating jobs during the bidding process.
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to schedule project handover meetings (post order).
  • Attend formal project ‘kick-off’ meetings with customers
  • Ensure prompt definition of all aspects of the project scope to allow Engineering, Purchasing and Production activities to flow seamlessly in line with the project schedule.
  • Coordinate assigned service engineering resources and to be accountable for the quality of their output throughout the installation and commission phases of the project.
  • Manage all post sale contact with customers throughout the project life cycle, including the production of regular written reports, upkeep of a formal communications system and processing of all variations to contracted scope or timescales.
  • Schedule and lead Weekly Contract Reviews, for their assigned product line, to monitor adherence to plan in terms of timelines, cost, scope and quality.
  • Monitor progress and provide assistance where necessary during the project execution phase, from planning through detailed engineering, procurement, assembly, testing, packing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
  • Manage project closure and effective handover to the After Market Sales Team.
