Exciting career opportunity for aRegional HR Generalistlooking for a career track in a fast paced work environment supporting eight companies expanding across the US and Canada. This individual will be working from the corporate office, providing support for talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and employee engagement programs. Responsible for performing the day to day tasks associated with planning and administering human resources policies, programs and practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day requests from employees, managers, executives and business partners.
  • Collaborate with business units to share, develop and apply consistency with best practices.
  • Support implementation of projects by coordinating and timely executing delegated tasks.
  • Perform tasks associated with supporting recruitment and onboarding of office, field and campus hiring for the assigned region.
  • Complete assignments in supporting executive and management teams with goal planning and performance management.
  • Perform tasks associated with supporting the company\u0027s total rewards programs in a manner that provides full value to all employees.
  • Administer engagement surveys and support the collection of attrition data in direction to the organization\u0027s strategies and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment law and latest HR trends.
  • Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor\u0027s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other closely related disciplines or has equivalent combination of work experience plus three years of work experience successfully performing similar job responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • Proven record of accomplishments.
  • Desire to obtain HR certification, PHR and SHRM-CP.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually
