The RSM lives and works in a defined region of the country. They focus on building engaged, mutually beneficial relationships between Field Controls and its key accounts to drive sales growth. The RSM is a critical member of our sales organization that identifies and creates opportunities by positioning solutions aligned with key customer goals, challenges, and initiatives. The RSM is responsible for managing independent reps and/or territory managers and creating growth of HVAC sales through distributors and contractors in their region.
Basic Responsibilities Include:
Base of $120K dependent upon experience along with additional sales commissions or incentives of $60K+. The RSM will reside in their defined region of the country and travel as required to your customers. Remote meetings through TEAMS will continue to be a critical and efficient portion of this job, reducing unnecessary travel. Still, regular in-person visits with customers and periodic visits to the factory in Kinston, NC are required.
