Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Review, analyze and evaluates business system and user needs.
• Develop SSRS Based Reports
• Gather and document customer and other requirements for the reports
• Implement analytical reporting using SSRS
• Perform gap analysis on existing state of requirements in conjunction with current business needs.
• Elicit requirements using various elicitation techniques such as Brainstorming, Data Mining, Document Analysis, Interviews with users, risk analysis to produce requirement artifacts such as Field Definition Matrix, Business Rules, activity diagrams and Wireframes.
• Participate in the review of current business processes and demonstrate improved processes.
• Possess strong knowledge of VBA/macro programming and security best practices.
• Using VBA security best practices, create solution with VBA/macro programming in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
• Coordinate and provide end user training, solution, and training documentation.
• Work closely with other Business Systems Analysts, Process Owners and Development Teams as required on projects and initiatives.
• Possess strong organization, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers.

• VBA/macro programming in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
• Analyzing functional/non-functional system requirements.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Written and oral communication skills.


Experience:

• VBA/macro programming: 8 years (Preferred)
• 2-3 years of development experience with SSRS
• Extensive knowledge of SQL queries
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience coordinating multiple projects


Education:
• Bachelor's, a plus.
