The thermal solutions Wakefield Thermal manufactures comprise a wide array of products, including thermal extrusions, LED heat sinks, heat frames and pipes, fans, heat exchangers, coolant distribution units, liquid cold plates, etc., making Wakefield Thermal unique in its ability to deliver the increasingly complex thermal solutions required to meet the thermal engineering challenges of today's ever-higher electronics packaging densities.

Our Customer Service coordinator for our Nashua manufacturing facility partners with our sales group and manufacturing leads to ensure complete customer satisfaction amongst our valued customers. Along with teammates and department heads, this individual will be responsible for supporting the company’s overall sales strategy and profit objectives while ensuring a 100% positive experience for all customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process all orders and order acknowledgements for various product lines.
  • Provide and fulfill reporting requirements as requested by Regional Sales Manager.
  • As needed follow up with customer inquiries and confirm shipping schedules/adjustments.
  • Partner with production management group to understand lead times and delivery expectations for customers and translate those to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Support marketing projects to support company initiatives and roll outs.
  • Participate in on site meetings and attend outside vendor meetings to build relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in business or Sales/Marketing, highly desirable.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management, Marketing/Product, and/or Customer Service role.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to do what it takes to satisfy our customer.
  • Ability to analyze requests (both internal and external) and understand Wakefield Thermals systems well enough to retrieve data to support request.
  • Proven team player, a great teammate that brings out the best in their teammates.
  • Goal oriented; ability to prioritize and deliver on key objectives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Winning attitude and competitive spirit.
  • Excellent technical aptitude. Strong PC skills and experience with ERP and CRM system(s); (preferably Microsoft AX ERP, Epics and C2 CRM). Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
