Rioned is the European market leader in drain cleaning and jetting equipment. The company covers all aspects of business from engineering and designing the products, to the sales department and then the after sales service. Rioned also offers a complete package rental service for some machines.

The UK team is based in Thetford, Norfolk with a sister company in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Across these two sites are just 25 employees which means the UK team is small and agile. The business relies on all employees to roll up their sleeves, really get involved and provide input into processes regardless of role or position.

Over the past three years we have seen record year on year growth which is a credit to offering top spec products and having a great team of people. This is our recipe for success.

This role would ideally suit someone with an engineering or motor trade background who would be keen to learn new skills.

You’ll report to the Operations Manager.


  • Provide general support on machine operations
  • Give technical advice on after sales enquiries
  • Arrange Mobile Technician visits and organise calendars efficiently according to geographical regions
  • Helping customers to identify the parts that they require and then liaise with the Parts Coordinator to establish availability, lead times and shipping
  • Handling initial rental enquiries and working with the Operations Manager to organise and initiate new hires
  • Organise maintenance, servicing, and repairs for rental vehicles
  • Order parts via a purchase order that are required to satisfy technical queries
  • Order parts via a purchase order that are required for the rental fleet
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and distribution partners
  • Register and handling complaints
  • Meet and greet customers on site (COVID compliant)
  • Support and liaise with the Operations Manager
  • Process sales orders through to invoicing on our ERP System
  • Take payments via card over the phone
  • Liaise with Customer Services in Tilburg, Holland
  • Support the implementation of our new ERP system, Dynamics 365, where appropriate for this role
  • Provide holiday cover for the Parts Coordinator and the Office Administrator
  • Adhoc duties as required
