Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales coverage in the Territory
    • Understand landscape of existing customers, potential customers, and sales organizations operating in the Territory
    • Fill sales gaps in potential, currently empty geography within the Territory that meet our criteria
  • Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ
    • Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional Distributors
    • Call on existing customers, potential customers, and organizations to support products, services and sales
    • Conduct product/sales training for Distributors and Contractors
    • Develop and implement Action Plans with targeted distributors
    • Identify Target HVAC Contractors in Territory
    • Make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors
      • Present Business Proposition and Secure Participation
      • Support the Contractor’s Business Development
      • Build network of Certified HVAC Contractors in the Territory
