Project Manager

CM Shredders specializes in the manufacturing of advanced industrial shredding systems for comprehensive size reduction and recycling applications. In response to the increasing demand for our high-quality products, we are seeking to expand our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution related to the development, implementation, and delivery of shredding solutions. This role requires a seasoned project manager with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes within budget and schedule constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Resource Management: Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure adequate support for project activities and milestones.
4. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project deliverables.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards.
6. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices within the project management team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:         

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Experience:       

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a track record of leading complex projects in the industrial machinery or equipment sector.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

1. Project Management Methodologies: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle processes.
2. Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing project teams.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution in a timely manner.
5. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
6. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of industrial machinery and equipment, particularly industrial shredders, is advantageous but not required.
7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
8. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions to drive project success.
