Cycle Counter

Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts of inventory including:

Accurately count, weigh, or measure oversized, high-value, or serialized parts.

Compare physical counts to D365 ERP system records.

Research and resolve inventory discrepancies caused by:

Initiate inventory adjustments following company procedures and internal controls.

Document findings, root causes, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, shipping/receiving, quality, and engineering teams to improve inventory accuracy.

Support physical inventories and annual audits as required.

Ensure inventory locations and storage containers are properly labeled, organized, and maintained.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to inventory control and material flow.

Maintain compliance with safety standards when handling heavy, awkward, or crane-moved materials.

Follow all ISO, SOX, and internal inventory control policies where applicable.

May be required to back-fill material handling / receiving operations.
