Manager of FP&A

Position Summary

Located in Warrenville, IL, The Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Manager is responsible for leading the ITG Platform’s FP&A initiatives and solutions as well as overseeing a cohesive Platform reporting strategy through various reporting sources.  In addition, this position is responsible for:

  • Consolidation of ITG’s annual plan, monthly results, and forecast requirements and related reporting to Heico
  • Collaboration with business unit finance leaders and teams in analyzing variances from planned and forecasted results
  • Creation and submission of monthly executive packages for senior Heico leadership
  • Development of Power BI reports and dashboards through various data sources. Willingness to become the Platform’s subject matter expert for Power BI.   
  • Utilizing Power Platform tools to build efficiencies and effective analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for continual improvement through reporting and analysis
  • Being a key resource in support of Heico’s evolving FP&A tool solutions. Will be the Platform’s contact for solution implementation, support and optimization.  
  • Ad hoc analysis as requested

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting/analyst experience
  • Exposure to Power BI. Willingness to learn and develop skills.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
  • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
  • Experience with implementing system improvements and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Advanced Experience with ERP financial systems.
