C/A Design, an industry leader in the manufacturer of complex aluminum dip and vacuum brazed assemblies, is seeking a talented, driven and accomplished Brazer to join its successful and accomplished team. This position will be responsible for the assembly, straightening and dip brazing of aluminum chassis. This is a critical role within the Brazing team and requires a detailed mind set. This role reports directly to the Braze Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
- Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools.
- Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening.
- Chemical cleaning of components.
- Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED).
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Dip braze experience a plus.
- Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
