Mgr, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Develop, implement, and maintain the HES Quality Management System, which includes Supplier Assurance.  

Oversee quality control procedures across all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods. 

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for non-conformances (Production and Supply Chain), warranty issues, and customer complaints. 

Develop and lead continuous improvement activities, including but not limited to Kaizen events, employee training, and KPI management.  

Monitor and analyze key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management. 

Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, sales, etc.) to improve product quality and process efficiency. 

Evaluate suppliers and manage incoming material quality. 

Manage the testing and final machine checkout team, which includes process development and improvements. 

Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections as required. 

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization. 

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations as they relate to quality practices. 

Provide direction and manage (as required) the Manufacturing Engineering and Final Audit Teams as the business grows.
