Controller

ANCRA INTERNATIONAL, LLC Hebron, KY (Onsite) Full-Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Safety is our number one priority. This role will promote safety culture through participation in weekly safety toolbox talks.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets. Provide accurate financial forecasts and make recommendations based on financial data.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's operational needs are met. Optimize the use of working capital.
  • Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting operations, including the analysis of production costs, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Provide mentorship and ensure continuous professional development.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s long-term goals.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Dynamics 365 and Power BI experience helpful.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities. Experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in dealing with sensitive financial information.
