Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers through phone calls, e-mail and faxes in a friendly and professional manner
- Keeping customers informed of current company promotions
- Customer quotations and follow up
- Sales order entry
- Customer expedites
- Maintain customer profiles
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with other people and departments within the company
Employment Requirements
- Professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent typing/data entry skills
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- Good math skills
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience for a distribution or manufacturing company preferred
Work Environment:
- Office environment. Although each customer service rep is assigned specific accounts to work with, everyone works together as a team to provide our customers with the high level of service they have come to expect from us.
