We’re looking for mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in building things the right way. If you can read a tape measure, understand blueprints, and know your way around hand tools, we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on role in a clean, organized manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact the quality of our industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble industrial equipment subcomponents using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use a tape measure accurately
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and performance
• Meet production goals within assigned timeframes
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace using 5S standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience using basic tools, including:
  wrench, ratchet & socket, drill, impact, adjustable wrench, wire crimper
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset

Highly Desirable:

• Knowledge of or previous experience working with small motors/engines
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
