Machine Operator

We’re looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators to help produce high-quality wire products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you take pride in hands-on work, value safety, and enjoy working with machinery, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Your day will include:
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating wire drawing machines and related equipment
- Following production schedules, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Loading raw materials and ensuring machines run at optimal performance
- Monitoring product quality and performing routine inspections
- Identifying process issues and suggesting improvements
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborating with team members and shift leads to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or machine operation
- Ability to work with tools and precision equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
