Assistant Production Coordinator - Stoughton, WI

Primary Responsibilities

Assist Production Manager in multiple aspects of production coordination including:

• CNC File Processing Support – CNC/CAM file conversion and processing.
• Forecasting materials needed for upcoming work and procuring job inventory and materials, including quotes & coordination to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Physical and software inventory management of plate and angle materials.
• Buy-out plate material packages, including bent plate and machined part planning and procurement utilizing various sub-contractors.
• Angle material utilization and cutlist creation. 
• Assist in preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
• Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications         

• Familiar with reading structural drawings and construction documents.
• Ability to identify and resolve contract document conflicts and errors.
• Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications         

• Familiar with various ERP & CNC programs and equipment, including but not limited to Raptor, Sicam, PrimeCutNE, Tekla PowerFab
