Sales Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team in executing sales operations from proposal to delivery. This role involves cross-functional coordination, proactive customer communication, and administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Showcase your organizational talents while gaining hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of sales and marketing skills! This role is perfect for someone eager to grow, learn, and make an impact.
RESPONSIBIILTIES
Order Management
- Monitor order progress from distribution to delivery
- Coordinate with Client Services for invoicing and documentation follow up
- Confirm payments with Accounts Receivable for new, used, rental, and trade in sales
- Communicate logistics for drive services status to customer and sales teams
Customer Communication
- Provide timely updates via email and phone
- Communicate delays or issues with transparency
- Ensure customer confidence through proactive outreach
- Customer-centric attitude and adaptability
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Sales Support
- Generate proposals for enterprise level customers
- Prepare proposals and generate quotes for Sales Representatives
- Assist with sample dispatch and truck photography
- Support general sales tasks as needed
Administrative Duties
- Maintain CRM records and update customer data
- Create and distribute monthly sales reports
- Assist with sales forecasting and planning activities
- Assist with trade shows and promotional activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years in sales administration or customer service
- Experience with Epicor ERP and Salesforce CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
SKILLS
- Background in B2B sales or industrial equipment
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
