TITAN Formwork Systems, LLC is a shoring rental and sales company featuring the TITAN HV Shoring System. TITAN services clients and projects coast-to-coast by providing engineered layout drawings, equipment management services, on-site training and on-time delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assists in ensuring proper execution, transmittal, maintenance and archival of all legal documents, such as customer contracts, vendor agreements, subcontracts, insurance certificates, bonds, lease agreements, credit applications, etc., in accordance with company policy.
- Reviews legal documents and suggests modifications designed to bring document language into compliance with company policy.
- Assists in ensuring company insurance obligations are fulfilled.
- Assists with drafting and preparing written documents and/or spreadsheets and presentations.
- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience supporting similar key responsibilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) utilizing a variety of business software systems.
- Minimum two years of construction rental contract experience or equivalent experience.
