Repair Tech Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft components following established policies and procedures.
- Ensure all repairs comply with FAA Part 145 regulations, Ancra CMM, and assembly drawings.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using proper equipment.
- Assist in training Repair Station personnel on relevant procedures and standards.
- Communicate with Ancra Aircraft customers to evaluate and resolve technical and repair issues, with support from Ancra Aircraft engineering.
- Track and manage Turn Around Time (TAT) for repair tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, mechanics) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or a related field.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry, Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO), or Part 145 operations is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment for aircraft maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Working Conditions:
- This role involves working in a repair station environment, which may include exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
- The Technician must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as necessary to ensure safety.
