Bonder

SUMMARY:

Performs bonding of heat sinks using epoxy in a safe, efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains production count.
• Mixes epoxy.
• Bonds heat sinks using epoxy and hardware.
• Cuts fins using fin sheers.
• Ensures quality of parts before forwarding them to the next operation.
• Reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor/Management.
• Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED).
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
