Controller

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage Accounting and Finance personnel, responsibilities, and career development.
• Responsible for the integrity of periodic financial reporting. Provide an overview and analysis of results.
• Direct development of and adherence to annual budgets. Provide periodic forecasting as requested.
• Monitor and control cash flow through the approval of cash expenditures, purchase requisitions, Major Expenditure Authorizations (MEA’s), and customer and supplier payment terms.
• Contribute to the development of the strategic plan and in the execution of the business plan.
• Ensure the protection of Company assets by overseeing a system of strong internal controls.

Required Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

5+ years of Management experience.

10+ years of accounting experience.

Previous experience in Manufacturing settings.

Skills and Specifications:    

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, internal and external, oral and written.

Strong Excel skills.

Experience with Business Systems Software – MSD365 preferred.
