Accounts Receivable Processor - Beaumont, TX

Incorporated in Texas in 1966, Bo-Mac provides civil, piling and marine construction services for any size project, in many types of environments and across a wide geographical range.
Primary Responsibilities

- Reviews billing documents for accuracy and post into company’s accounting system.
- Provides AR reports weekly to locations and management.
- Monitor Lien and Bond Claim Status.
- Records daily cash receipts from wires and mobile deposits.
- Reports and balances cash activity with the general ledger.
- Maintains and organizes AR and Accounting information.
- Assists Job Cost Accounting Manager as needed.
- Works within the Organization to perform duties as assigned.
- Interact with all internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years billing experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse employee/customer base.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to be proactive, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to develop new techniques to expedite, compliment, or enhance company results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and relevant accounting software experience.
