Job Description
-
- Manage a large volume of customer calls and emails in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Communicating with customers through various channels on order/delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Coordinate product returns and customer claims.
- Monitors orders for adherence to correct pricing, proactively working with sales or customer to correct any issues prior to the order invoicing.
- Communicating with customers through various channels on order/delivery status, stock issues, change orders, and service issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, sales, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
- Provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to each inquiry; such inquiries or problems could involve quality, coordination of deliveries, availability of product, special orders, customer pricing and/or shipping, production & billing, etc.
- Database maintenance and corrections.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Prepares and publishes reports for customers and sales personnel as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passionately focused on continuous improvement.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP and CRM applications; experience with Microsoft D365 preferred.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team.
- 1 -2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
