Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

•         Review, document and recommend improvements to streamline business processes.

•         Support D365 Implementation and process configuration

•         Develop metrics, dashboards and reports to interpret and communicate key data

•         Develop reports for use in forecasting, trending, and operational analysis

•         Create reports and develop analysis tools to track and communicate the results of cycle counting and physical inventory activity.

•         With the support of internal legal and trade compliance personnel, develop processes to streamline (automate) data entry and gathering of documentation required to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements.

•         Monitor numerous item master record settings, item warehouse settings, customer master settings, BOM’s and routings to ensure integrity of data

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience with plans to complete degree
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with concentration in business systems, inventory and/or costing analysis

    Skills and Specifications:

    • Advanced skills in ERP systems and MS Excel
    • Excellent communication skills and able to interact and communicate with all levels of employees and technical personnel
    • Strong fundamental math skills
    • Demonstrated competencies in other MS Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
    • Organization skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Problem solving and innovation skills
    • APICS certification a plus
