Job Description

Key Performance Areas

Drives Business Results -

  • Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.
  • Review, document, and recommend improvements to streamline business processes.
  • Support D365 Implementation and process configurations.
  • Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to interpret and communicate key data.
  • Determines how changes to the project will affect the business systems and processes.
  • Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
  • Researches and analyzes the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.
  • Assist the IT Corporate Support team on-site as needed (personal computer, printer, and other peripheral hardware and software support, are the responsibility of the Corporate IT Help Desk Team but may require the occasional assistance of an on-site resource
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • Experience: 5+ Years of related experience as an IT Business Analyst including knowledge in systems
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Technology:  Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Infor/Mapics, and BPC software preferred.  General knowledge of Pipe Drive, DNET, and Ultipro preferred.

Other Qualifications include: 

  • Demonstrated ability to complete a project from start to completion and manage any unforeseen issues that may arise in-between.
  • Experience using Microsoft office in order to put together presentations to effectively communicate and update regularly on the project process.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to all team members from all levels throughout the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to change and problem solve in a changing, growing environment, with passion and the foresight to see the project through to completion.

Supervisory Responsibility - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel - Up to 10% travel may be required to support company initiatives.

Work Environment - The position operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, iPads, phones, copiers and filing cabinets.  The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and moving mechanical parts.
