Job Description:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair customer units in a timely manner, communicate RGA status with outside offices.
  2. Observe all safety regulations.
  3. Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
  4. Follow prescribed procedures to assemble and repair a variety of parts to form complete or sub-assemblies for Spartan camera equipment, such as connect component lead wires to other components leads, connectors, terminals and contact pins
  5. Interact with customers and provide customer service as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the electronic manufacturing or repair industry.
  • Previous experience with repair of small electronics and cables is preferred.
  • Must be proficient at reading drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Must have previous experience with joint soldering.
  • Must be proficient in computer usage with basic understand of routers/wifi
