Job Description

Sales

  • Support senior leadership in defining and executing the company’s sales strategies.
  • Develop strategy plans for achieving Pettibone Traverse Lift sales goals.
  • Develop additional dealer channel outlets and upgrade skills and capabilities of existing dealers.
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales team.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Compile information and data related to customers and prospect interactions.
  • Manage a department budget
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain and Finance teams.

Marketing

  • Guide the development of features, benefits, application and results to the customer for the brand, products and channel support services.
  • Develop and drive overall marketing materials strategy, including development of literature, brochures and multi-media.
  • Ensure branding requirements are met at dealership facilities and all company promotional events including exhibitions.
  • Execute the public relations strategy and manage customer events.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and advertising budgets.
  • Use marketing analytics to drive and maximize marketing communication efforts.
  • Analyze industry data to identify sales trends and conduct marketing planning and development.
  • Create innovative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive market penetration in machine and aftermarket business and support marketing initiatives with the account managers.
  • Lead development and execution of creative, photo, video and other related efforts.
  • Develop e-business channel to promote our products and target higher participation within the forestry market.
  • Collaborate w/sales team to ensure good engagement in all marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, materials and tactics.
  • Create and execute annual marketing plan.
