Job Description

The Holding Company

Since its founding over 30 years ago, The Heico Companies, LLC has grown from a single business to over 50 separate companies through a strategic acquisition policy, and by reinvesting its earnings into internal growth and new prospects. Historically talented at restoring distressed companies, Heico also targets acquisitions that will complement its ever-growing portfolio of companies in manufacturing, construction, and industrial services.

These four core operations are organized into platforms: Heico Metal Processing Group, Heico Construction Group, Ancra Group, and Pettibone LLC. Once acquired, new Heico companies are assigned to a platform and run on a stand-alone basis, allowing for great independence as well as the opportunity to share knowledge about markets, production processes, and management practices across other Heico platforms and companies.

The Heico Metal Processing Group (“HMPG”) offers one of the widest and most diverse selections of steel rod, wire, wire products, specialty fasteners, nuts, and bolts in North America. HMPG is comprised of the Canadian based Ivaco Group and the US based Heico Wire Group. National Standard is one of the companies that comprises the US based Heico Wire Group.

The Company

National Standard’s integrity — in our people and our wire — is trusted by leading companies across diverse industries. Our wire delivers our energy and safeguards our highways. It frames our skyscrapers, strengthens our tires and softens our beds. National Standard wire is part of the fabric of our country.

A career with National Standard combines great benefits, competitive pay and employee development in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As the premier wire producer for more than 100 years, we are committed to providing excellent opportunities where our employees can learn and advance their respective careers. Come join a team that values hard work, quality, and safety.
