The Company

Davies Molding LLC, an ITG company, has been a leading supplier of standard knobs, handles, cases, and custom plastic components since 1933. The company has an extensive range of molds and utilizes multiple plastic types that give its customers the widest selection of styles and mountings available. With over 400 products and 9,000 variations in size, shape, color and molded-in metal inserts, Davies supplies top-quality parts engineered to meet any requirement. The once small plastic molding company that stood in downtown Chicago is now the largest manufacturer of plastic knobs and handles in the world today.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Support

• Assist with posting job openings and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
• Support recruiting events and candidate outreach efforts

Onboarding & HR Administration

• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Prepare employee documentation and maintain personnel files
• Support data entry and HRIS updates
• Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes

Employee Engagement

• Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events
• Assist with internal communications and employee recognition initiatives
• Support engagement surveys and feedback collection

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Schedule: Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible)

Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
