Production Coordinator

Coordinate production flow and production schedule

Release parts waves in a sequence that maximizes efficiency for the entire plant

Establish means and methods to ensure product flow is smooth and promotes efficiency in assembly area

Ensure deadlines are met, while adhering to company policies and procedures

Train new hires on duties related to this role

Problem solves production related issues, escalates to management level as needed

Utilize D365 program and MS Office to keep accurate records and transact day to day production data

Responsible for cleanliness of work area and the general housekeeping of the department

Serve as back up for other lead personnel in department as needed

Enforce a work safe culture by enforcing proper PPE requirements as well as other safety rules and regulations

Other duties as assigned

$21-$23 per hour, based on experience. 

Work schedule is Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pm.
