Job Description

Customer/Dealer Contact, Customer Service/Selling
Reach out to dealers/customers by phone to solicit data driven sales initiatives, establish relationships, present promotions, understand dealer stocking needs based on machine population service needs and follow up on customer parts needs and inquiries.
Strategize with the outside sales team as it relates to parts sales to achieve maximum customer service and parts revenue. Travel with outside sales reps as needed to promote parts sales
Train dealer channel on D-Net parts ordering process

Work with Supply Chain to strategize on parts stocking levels
Use the 80/20 rule to determine parts inventory levels to maximize profitability. Work with Supply Chain on proper inventory levels
Communicate customer/dealer needs to supply chain based on sales data by dealer
Manage and follow up on parts sales by category and constantly review stocking levels and pricing.
Maintain and present individual dealer stocking lists
Present and review stocking order needs with respective dealer parts manager or ownership group
Follow up quarterly to review current inventory levels and additional stock order needs
Create daily, weekly and monthly reports, as requested.
Develop quote, market share, dealer inventory, and sales reports on a monthly basis
Develop forecast, bookings, backlog, and build/shipment reports on a weekly basis
Develop other reports including AEM and EDA
Manage eBay/E-Commerce parts sales
List and maintain parts on Tiffin eBay website
Manage E O items and sell through E-Commerce
Support marketing initiatives, programs, and projects/activities.
Coordinate and execute the schedule for exhibit set-up, display and tear down activities of all trade shows.
Administer Co-op advertising program.
Interact with field sales staff to develop marketing programs that result in increased machine sales.
Administration and continuous improvement.
Support executive team, field sales staff, and internal departments as requested
Identify, suggest, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with Sales, Service, Engineering and Production to identify and implement ways to better serve the needs of dealers and end users.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

4 year college degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
Proof of competency in sales administration, including computer skills (as noted below), business writing, quote preparation, sales order entry, margin/pricing analysis, basic negotiation, and Customer Support Skills.
Additionally, general knowledge of company products and how they work is required. Required computer skills include all MS office applications, and the ability to enter and retrieve data from AS400 system.
