We are currently in need of a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to work in our fast-paced construction environment.The position will support our Accounts Payable Department, which services several construction locations and vouches approximately 60,000 invoices annually.

The position will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect and process account payable invoices and employee expense reimbursements in the company's ERP System.
• Help maintain and organize electronic records for the Accounts Payable Department.
• Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounting and Finance Department, and the CECO organization in performing special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Complete work accurately and by daily and monthly deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of relevant and successful work experience in Accounts Payable or Office Environment.
• Excellent communication skills \u0026ndash; written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to meet deadlines and function in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong data entry experience preferred (10 key).
