Exciting career opportunity for a Regional Business Partner working from the corporate office, providing support for talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and employee engagement programs. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Human Resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer recruitment and onboarding of office, field and campus hiring for the assigned region.
  • Support executive and management teams with goal planning and performance management.
  • Guide and advise leaders with performance improvement and succession planning.
  • Oversee and administer the company\u0027s total rewards program in a manner that provides full value to all employees.
  • Collaborate with business units to share, develop and apply consistency with best practices.
  • Administer engagement surveys and collect attrition data in directing the organizations strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day requests from employees, managers, executives and business partners.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment law and latest HR trends.
  • Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • At least five years of HR Generalist or Manager level experience. PHR,SPHR, CP and/or SCP preferred.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
  • Proven record of accomplishments as a HR Manager or Generalist.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing and implementing complex projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually
