Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Regional Salesperson will lead the profitable growth of Wakefields fabricated aluminum and heat sinks product lines in their defined Region. This position is responsible for the prospecting of potential customers and servicing/supporting our existing customer base within the defined territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain customer relationships and develop/implement sales
strategies for the Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado territory.
Increase revenue in the territory by expanding customer base and by increasing sales of Wakefields products to existing customers.
Build and generate leads and a sales funnel.
Pursue, develop and close sales opportunities.
Perform on-site presentations and demonstrations at prospective customer sites, Pelham, NH and trade shows.
Proficient in using CRM enterprise system in order to be efficient in sales follow-up.
Works under the guidance and direction of the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE:
B.A. or B.S Degree required.
10 years of progressive sales management experience.
Experience selling in the metal fabrications or Electronics industry.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent MS office capabilities required.
Ability to multi task, collaborate with colleagues and bring a high level of energy to the role.
Regional travel up to 75

While performing the duties of this job in the Plant or Warehouse, the employee is exposed to noise and aluminum particles. The noise level is usually moderate, but hearing protection may be required in designated areas. The employee is required to wear safety glasses when in the plant.
